Paid Time Off (PTO)
Paid Time Off is provided for vacation, illness or injury, personal business, bereavement,
and Company recognized holidays.
Extended Illness Days (EID)
Extended Illness Days provide a form of short-term disability insurance for you
and accumulate over time.
Health/Dental/Vision/Prescription
Comprehensive plans are available for you and your dependents. Coverage begins on
the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous full-time employment.
Life Insurance
You are provided with a Company paid term life and AD&D policy. Additional supplemental
insurance as well as spousal and dependent options are also available.
Disability Insurance
A voluntary Short Term Disability (STD) is available to you. Long Term Disability
