- SSM Day Institute
This specialized day hospital program offers individuals multiple therapies
and activities in a structured, supervised environment, combined with the benefits of living at home.
- SSM Homeward Bound
This program is designed for individuals who do not require inpatient
rehabilitation, but may not be ready to return home after an injury, illness or surgery. We offer
this unique program at several skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in the St. Louis area.
